Sercan house offers quality palliative care and support services to people with cancer and bereaved with the help of its 3 entities.

Maison Sercan is consituted of three definite entities: the Sercan palliative care home, Sercan and the Sercan Foundation.

These three entities are non-profit organizations, and are present to offer help to sick people at the end of life, to their loved ones and to those in needs of support during these difficult times.

Sercan Palliative care home

First, the Sercan palliative care home welcomes people at the end of life. Since begining of 2023, 12 private rooms are available.

Nursing and medical care are offered free of charge 24 hours a day. Since people are at the heart of our concerns, respect for each person is a priority.

Our qualified staff ensures that the symptoms and pain of patients are relieved. Our dearest wish is to offer a human solution in order for them to live the last moments in the best circumstances. We offer care with dignity and the best possible comfort in an atmosphere similar to that of a house, their own home. Patients therefore have the opportunity to be surrounded by their family and friends.

Secondly, Sercan offers support to people struggling with cancer, their loved ones and the bereaved.

Several support services are available such as:

Medical transport
Support for people with cancer
Support for the bereaved
Loans of hair and breast prostheses

Following a cancer diagnosis or the loss of a loved one, Sercan can offer you the support and tools you need.

Sercan Foundation

Third, the Sercan Foundation’s mission is to collect, administer and allocate the required funds meant to provide free quality care at the Sercan Palliative Care home. It also supports Sercan by offering support services to people with cancer and the bereaved.

Above all, the Sercan Foundation aims to create and maintain strong ties with its community through its donors, suppliers, volunteers and sponsors.

In short, the Sercan Foundation must raise $640,000 in donations and fundraising activities, per year (after grants). This is why your support is essential. And… we thank you very much!
