The Sercan Home offers free palliative care

Sercan is composed of the Sercan Palliative Care Home, Sercan and the Sercan Foundation.

These three entities are non-profit organizations, present to offer help in particular to individuals at the end of life as well to those needing support during these difficult times linked to the illness of a loved one.

Sercan palliative care home

The Sercan palliative care home houses residents who requested end-of-life care in one of our 12 private rooms.

Medical and nursing care are offered 24h/24 for free. Respect and dignity of one is our upmost priority.

Sercan

Following a cancer diagnosis or experiencing the loss of a loved one, Sercan can accompany you and offer support thanks to the following services:

-Medical transport;

-Group or individual support for those who are grieving the loss a loved one, or have a cancer diagnosis

-Loan for capillary or breast prosthesis;

The Sercan Foundation

The Sercan Foundation has the mission of collecting the necessary donations in exchange for quality end-of-life care for absolutely free. They financially support the services offered by Sercan.

First of all, the Sercan Foundation has the objective to create and preserve strong partnerships with it's community. They create meaningful associations with donators, suppliers, volunteer and sponsors.
